The studio we opened in Nişantaşı in 2018 with 8 reformers has grown to five locations in three cities. We grew but did not change class size: no more than 8 on the reformer and 10 on the mat, because the instructor must be able to look at everyone's alignment.

I have been at a desk for six years and back pain was a part of my life. After three months of two reformer classes a week the pain dropped by 80 percent. Because the class is small the instructor keeps correcting me.
I started yoga sceptically; the pace of Hatha suits me. Mert explains alignment very well. My sleep got better and my shoulders loosened.
In the pregnancy yoga classes I both relaxed and felt ready for birth. Starting mum and baby yoga in the same studio after birth was wonderful.
