Core, glute and posture strength on the spring-loaded reformer in groups of up to 8; 55 minutes.
Single class 800 TRY, from 600 TRY in a pack
The reformer is a pilates apparatus made up of a sliding carriage, adjustable springs and straps. The spring resistance both challenges and supports, so it suits beginners as well as advanced athletes. Load on the joints is low while muscle work is high.
What do you do in class?
The 55-minute class includes a warm-up, foot and leg series, core strength, arm and back work and a stretching section. The instructor corrects each student's spring setting and alignment individually.
- Deep strength in the core, back and glute muscles
- Spine alignment and posture correction
- Supportive movements for back and neck complaints
- Improved flexibility and balance
Levels
We have three levels: Beginner (the first 6–8 classes), Intermediate and Advanced. If you have no experience the trial class is held in a Beginner class. With 2–3 regular classes a week, the difference in posture and core strength is felt within the first 6 weeks. For pregnancy and post-injury there are programmes adapted with our physiotherapist instructors.
