Calm yoga working on connective tissue by holding postures for 3–5 minutes, with guided meditation, in dim light.
Single class 600 TRY, monthly unlimited 3,900 TRY
Yin yoga is a passive, slow style of yoga that targets not muscles but connective tissue, fascia and joints. Postures are held for 3–5 minutes with the muscles relaxed. These long holds engage the parasympathetic nervous system and give deep rest.
What happens in class?
The class, held by candlelight and dim light, flows like this: 10 minutes of breath and presence awareness, 40 minutes of yin postures (butterfly, dragon, sleeping swan, caterpillar) and 10 minutes of guided meditation or yoga nidra. Support tools such as bolsters, blankets and blocks are provided.
- Deep stretching in the hip, lower back and shoulder areas
- Better sleep quality and stress management
- Recovery after training
- Mental calm and focus
Meditation sessions
The 30-minute "Morning Breath" and "Evening Calm" sessions teach attention and breath meditations. No experience is needed; a chair or cushion is enough. Meditation does not replace medical treatment; if you have anxiety or depression, also consider seeing a specialist.
