Hatha Yoga

Slow pace, correct alignment, focus through breath

Hatha Yoga

A 60-minute foundational yoga class that builds strength, flexibility and mental calm by holding postures (asanas) for longer.

Single class 600 TRY, monthly unlimited 3,900 TRY

Hatha yoga is the slow-paced, alignment-focused style of yoga best suited to beginners. Postures are held for 5–8 breaths, which builds both muscle strength and attention.

Class flow

The 60-minute class consists of breathwork (pranayama), standing postures, balance poses, floor work and savasana (deep relaxation). The instructor shows alternatives for postures and support tools such as blocks and straps.

  • Muscle strength and joint mobility
  • Balance and body awareness
  • Reduced stress and better sleep quality
  • Synchronising breath with movement

Who is it recommended for?

It is ideal for people with low flexibility, those who sit for long hours in an office, those seeking stress management and those just beginning their yoga journey. There is a separate programme for pregnant students. Coming to class on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours) is recommended.

Yoga does not replace medical treatment; always tell the instructor about your health issues in class.

Frequently asked questions

I have never exercised; is the reformer suitable for me?
Yes. Beginner-level classes teach the movement slowly and adjust spring resistance to you. The first trial class is free.
Is the trial class really free?
Everyone coming for the first time gets one free trial class. You can choose reformer, yoga or mat pilates; there is no further obligation.
What should I wear and bring to classes?
Flexible, fitted clothing; grip socks for reformer and mat classes. Mats, blocks, straps and reformer equipment are in the studio; a water bottle and small towel are enough.
How do I cancel a class?
You can cancel for free from your account or via WhatsApp up to 4 hours before the class begins; your credit is refunded. For later cancellations the credit counts as used.
Which classes can I attend while pregnant?
If your doctor approves, you can attend the Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes from week 12. To attend other classes in pregnancy you need to talk to the instructor beforehand.
