Frequently asked questions
How many classes a day can I take on an unlimited membership?
You can book up to 2 classes a day. The unlimited right covers Mat Pilates, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin classes; reformer classes are deducted from the membership quota.
Can I freeze my membership?
On an annual membership you have a 30-day freeze right (90 days with a medical report). On a monthly membership you exit by giving notice.
Is it valid in all studios?
Premium membership is valid in all five studios. Other memberships are valid in your chosen home studio and up to 4 times a month in other studios.
